Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new commercial sales opportunities within your territory
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing B2B accounts
Conduct on-site inspections and consultations for commercial clients
Develop and present tailored pest management proposals
Utilize technology (iPad-based CRM and sales tools) to close deals
Collaborate with service teams to ensure seamless client delivery and satisfaction
Work in a variety of environments including rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders, and confined spaces
Operate a company vehicle safely
Prioritize safety in every aspect of the job, including equipment use, work environments, and customer interactions
Perform duties in all weather conditions

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s a plus)
Valid driver’s license
Strong communication and presentation skills
A hunter’s mindset with the ability to manage and grow long-term relationships
Willingness to obtain necessary state licenses (we’ll pay for it and train you!)
Self-motivated, professional, and goal-oriented
Physical Demands / Working Conditions:
Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc. including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator
Willing to work in different types of weather conditions
