Exciting opportunity available for a Clinician with wound care experience!

The Clinical Account Manager is responsible for managing wound care billing services for qualifying residents in long term care (LTC) facilities. The position requires extensive travel within a designated territory to meet with clients, provide education and training, and develop strong relationships with key decision-makers. The Clinical Account Manager will also work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales goals.

Job duties include:

· Scheduling rounds with assigned LTC facilities to facilitate timely ordering of eligible products

· Providing education to LTC staff and providers on AHC services, evidence based wound care, and product utilization

· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers through regular visits, product support, and educational guidance

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales objectives

· Maintain accurate documentation according to policy and procedure and guidelines

· Sell, secure, and retain new business

· Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product changes, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and potential threats

Requirements for consideration include:

· LPN/LVN/PTA or higher clinical designation preferred

· Associate degree or higher in nursing or related field

· Preferred 3 years but minimum of 1 year experience in wound care

· Sales experience preferred

· Long term care experience preferred

· Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of wound care products, treatments, and protocols

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams

· Ability to work independently and manage a diverse workload while meeting sales goals

· Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Compensation includes:

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
