Compensation

Base pay is $20.00 per hour plus 25% commission for onboarding new clients. Access to an extensive book of business. Commission potential $100,000+ annually.

• Insurance License
• 4-Year Degree finance, financial planning, accounting, economics, or a related field

Description

The Junior Financial Planner will work closely with the company owner, using social media and prospect outreach tools for continued success and growth. The position requires personal initiative, motivation and clear communication. We value efficiency and productivity which allows for schedule flexibility. Client meetings, trainings and events require attendance.

Travel & Evenings

· All expenses paid travel out of Louisiana (4-5 times per year).

· Day trips to surrounding areas (3-4 times per month).

· Lead social and educational dinner events (3-4 times per month).
