Job Description

Premier Data Systems is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office & Finance Manager to support administrative operations, assist with financial processes, and help maintain careful management of business expenses. This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and protecting the financial integrity of the organization.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Provide oversight of all company expenditures, ensuring strict adherence to budget limits and required approval processes.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable, invoicing, and payment tracking
  • Process deposits and support payroll submission
  • Coordinate procurement and maintain purchase order accuracy
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage reordering
  • Maintain organized office systems and professional working environment
  • Support HR functions including onboarding documentation and employee records
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial and administrative documentation

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail and financial accuracy
  • Experience with invoicing, purchasing, or accounting processes
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Proficiency with office and accounting software

Pay:

$24.35 – $29.33 per hour
