Requirements

• Able to reading engineering drawings or blueprints
• Knowledge of OD/ID micrometers, thread gauges and other precision measuring equipment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Leadership skills
• Energetic team player, good work ethic
• Willingness to learn or expand on similar skills, if trained

Responsibilities

• Perform final dimensional inspections and layouts on finished products
• Verify compliance with engineering drawings and customer requirements
• Measure with OD/ID micrometers, thread gauges, Gagemaker products, and other precision tools
• Record inspection results in Excel and Word
• Maintain accurate inspection paperwork
• Guide and coordinate other Quality Control technicians
• Work with the manufacturing team to ensure high product quality

Preferred Experience

• Machining or dimensional inspection experience
