Evergreen Communities, LLC is expanding operations in Lafayette, LA. We are a Los Angeles based real estate company operating over 20 manufactured mobile home parks in twelve states.

Our new Marketing Coordinator will receive extensive industry training and be responsible for online market research, marketing campaign workflows and related inter-company communications.

This position is ideal for someone highly-organized, creative and able to initiate projects with minimal direction. Most tasks are desk-based that some might find tedious.

Requirements:

• Three years using ANY or all platform types: WordPress, Multiple Listing Services, Content Management Systems, Google Workspace, Accounting/Payroll Systems, Excel or Google Sheets. Similar systems considered if skills transfer;
• Real estate, construction or property management experience preferred

Pay, Hours and Work Environment:

• $25.00/per hour;
• Part-time, 5-hours per day, Monday through Friday, within 8:30am – 3:30pm hours;
• Paid one-on-one training in manufactured housing and mobile home community industry;
