Pay: $25.00/hour, Full-time

Requirements:

• 2-years experience in payroll, accounts payable or related workflow processes
• Highly organized
• Track-record of managing high-efficiency workflows, inventory and/or systems
• Software: QuickBooks or Similar, Service Titan experience a plus

Responsibilities:

• Marketing/Lead Generation: Track social media, lead generation, marketing ROI, sales support, branding, market efficiency tracking
• Operations: Inventory management, logistics, purchase materials, cost controls, efficiency, customer support
• Finance: Cash Management, Accounting & Financial Reporting, Cash Flow, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bookkeeping
