Job Description

  • Bi-lingual Spanish encouraged to apply.
  • Provide quality service and information in a pleasant and efficient manner via telephone multi-line system.
  • Verify and confirm member identity, review accounts, handle follow-up.
  • Problem resolution for members’ future benefit while focusing on member retention.
  • Training provided to ensure staff knowledge of credit union changes, procedures, policy and internal department correspondence and matter escalation.
  • Maintain department set goals and efficiency standards. Cross-sell credit union products and services when appropriate.
  • Provide administrative support. Draft correspondence or reports, create spreadsheets, presentations, labels, forms, etc.
  • Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
