Job Description
Bi-lingual Spanish encouraged to apply.
Provide quality service and information in a pleasant and efficient manner via telephone multi-line system.
Verify and confirm member identity, review accounts, handle follow-up.
Problem resolution for members’ future benefit while focusing on member retention.
Training provided to ensure staff knowledge of credit union changes, procedures, policy and internal department correspondence and matter escalation.
Maintain department set goals and efficiency standards. Cross-sell credit union products and services when appropriate.
Provide administrative support. Draft correspondence or reports, create spreadsheets, presentations, labels, forms, etc.
Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
