Pay
- $80,000.00 – $200,000.00/annually

Requirements
- 3+ years of related experience, training, and/or education in robotics, drones, aerospace, factory automation, or electromechanical products
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication and teamwork with other departments
- A degree in engineering, robotics, mechatronics, or related field is preferred
Responsibilities
- Integrate mechanical, electrical, software, and communication systems together into complete drones
- Build, troubleshoot, and test prototypes
- Plan and execute lab tests and flight tests
- Review test results and recommend design improvements
- Integrate payloads, sensors, avionics, and communication systems
- Write and update documentation, parts lists, and assembly steps
- Work with the manufacturing team to improve quality and speed
- Help find the root cause of problems and fix them
- Join customer demos and field evaluations as needed
- Mentor interns and support junior staff
- Look into new technology that could improve products and processes
