Pay

• $58,000 to $65,000/year guaranteed base salary, paid weekly
• Plus commission on the revenue you produce and performance bonuses
• Technicians earn $80,000+/year, and top technicians earn $90,000+/year
• Signing bonus: $1,000 at 90 days, or $1,500 at 90 days with Backflow Certification
• Never sent home on a slow day (guaranteed base)
• On-call pay: $100 for every after-hours call you run, plus a revenue bonus on top
• Extra on-call nights: available if you want them, never required

Requirements

• Active Louisiana journeyman plumber license
• 3+ years of related service plumbing experience, training, and/or education
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Good with customers, show up on time, take pride in the work

Responsibilities

• Run residential and commercial service calls: repairs, fixture installs, drain cleaning, water heaters, slab leaks, and excavation
• Backflow testing and repair, if certified
• Diagnose the problem and give customers honest options
• Do the job right the first time
• Build estimates and invoices in ServiceTitan (will train)
• Keep van stocked and clean
• Take your turn on the on-call rotation: one week out of every three, responding quickly when it’s your week

Job type: service and repair only. No new construction or remodels.
