• Up to $35/hour, plus 3% commission on every invoice you run

Requirements

• 3+ years of related experience, training, and/or education in residential HVAC service
• EPA 608 certification
• Comfortable reading wiring diagrams and troubleshooting electrical issues
• Clean driving record
• Able to explain a problem to a homeowner clearly and honestly

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair home heating and cooling systems
• Perform routine maintenance for service agreement customers
• Explain repair and replacement options to customers using the company price book
• Take emergency calls on a rotating on-call schedule
• Record every job in HouseCall Pro
• Keep your work truck stocked and organized

Training Benefit

Preferred Experience

• Mini-split and VRF experience
• Commercial equipment experience
